Origin:

it is a DOP cheese, typical of the Veneto region, in the northern part of the province of Verona, which roughly corresponds to Lessinia, Mount Baldo and the Veronese pre-alpine hills.

 

Product description:

it is a semi-cooked, compact table cheese with irregular eyes, white or slightly straw-coloured, made from whole cow's milk. It has a delicate, pleasant flavour reminiscent of freshly milked milk.

 

Special features / curiosity:

suitable as a main course, diced in salads or sliced into sandwiches and fondues. Ideal on pizza.

MORLACCO

Typology:

cow milk

 

Origin:

it is the most traditional and representative product of the Alpine pastures of the Grappa massif.

 

Product description:

it is a soft, straw-yellow cheese with a strong, slightly acidic taste.

 

Special features / curiosity:

Morlacco is produced in the mountain pastures from skimmed milk from the evening milking, to which is added whole milk from the morning milking.

 

Seasoning:

it is left to mature for about 60 days in cellars wrapped with poplar wood shutters.

180 days

ROBIOLA DEL DUCA

Typology:

cow milk

 

Origin:

cheese made in Lombardy.

 

Product description:

soft table cheese with a processing similar to taleggio. The paste is creamy and melting. Soft, non-edible rind, treated on the surface with sea salt by brushing.

 

Special features / curiosity:

Ideal accompanied with our jams and an excellent red wine.
