Product description:

it is a pasteurised goat's milk cheese with a cylindrical shape. The paste is ivory white, with no rind; the consistency is creamy, almost spreadable. The taste is delicate in the neutral product, enriched in the other types.

it is a spreadable cheese with lactic coagulation. The various spices make this cheese unique..

CRESCENZA DI CAPRA

Origin:

crescenza is produced in a semi-artisanal company in the province of Treviso.

 

Product description: 

soft, creamy, creamy cheese with a fresh, sweet flavor and slight acidulous undertones. It has a quadrangular parallelepiped shape.

Special features / curiosity:the collection of goat's milk for the production of crescenza takes place directly in the area. From the processing of the milk, whole and pasteurized, a soft cheese is obtained, extremely fresh.

FRESCO DI CAPRA

Origin:

cheese produced in Veneto.

 

Product description:

fresh spreadable cheese. The paste is white, the rind is absent, the taste is sweet with acidulous notes.

 

Special features / curiosity:

fresh goat's milk cheese is produced from goat's milk and is rich in live milk enzymes. It can be eaten either spread on bread, or for the preparation of stuffed pasta, fondues, appetizers and combined with honey or our spicy Mantuan mostarda.

Fresco di capra is ready for consumption, no maturing is required.
