goat's cheese with a flowered rind, round in shape. The paste is ivory white in color, the consistency is soft and compact. It has a sweet goat's taste.

 

Special features / curiosity:

the best way to taste tometta is in purity, with a simple cooking such as grilled or pan-fried, which allows to melt its heart.
