Product description:
the cheese has an interesting and unusual rectangular shape. On the outside, the thin crust is pinkish and dry. On the inside, due to the prolonged aging, the paste is white, creamy but compact. The rind is thin, yellow-brown in color. The taste is sweet, not very pronounced, melting in the mouth.

Capreggio is irresistible when used in a delicate risotto with radicchio or aromatic herbs.

this cheese is born in the mountains of Trentino, from the milk of mountain goats.
Product description: cylindrical cheese, with slightly convex sides. The rind is hard and smooth, from 4 to 8 mm thick, black in color. The inner paste is typically granular. The taste is sweet, pleasant, not spicy.
Special features / curiosity:
it is a highly digestible product, with a high content of calcium and milk enzymes, which also appeals to those who do not like goat's milk cheeses because it is very light. It is processed in the same way as Parmigiano and under the pressure of the knife it breaks into flakes.
