CIPOLLINE BORETTANE CARAMELLATE: the Borettana onion has a typical flattened shape, a sour, intense and at the same time sweet taste. Kampot red pepper, mixed with the acidic and sweet note of vinegar, raw organic cane sugar and onion, creates a perfect balance.

CIPOLLA DI TROPEA AL VINO ROSSO:

the red onion from Tropea is sweet and, with its inimitable crunchiness, represents a very versatile vegetable. Organic raw cane sugar, red wine vinegar and red wine selected from the Lugana area are used.

Product description

Our giardiniera is composed of a mix of 9 different types of artisanally processed vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, borettane onions, shallots, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, fennel, celery).

The strong and acetic but not pungent flavor is given by Aceto di Lugana aged in barrique and made more sweet by preservation in oil (high oleic sunflower seed oil and extra virgin olive oil).
