cheese produced with 100% Italian milk from the Dolomites and the Alps and Prealps.

 

Product description:

ivory-colored, semi-hard, compact and melting cheese. The rind is thin, covered with crushed peppercorns and Italian extra virgin olive oil. The flavor is strong and characteristic.

 

Special features / curiosity:

the cheese is massaged with extra virgin olive oil and flavored with Tellicherry black pepper from Vietnam.

3-7 months

L'ARMONIOSO DI CAPRA BIO

Typology:

goat milk

 

Origin:

cheese produced with 100% Italian milk from the Dolomites and the Alps and Prealps.

 

Product description:

cheese with a flowery rind, ivory-white, soft and creamy. The taste is sweet and velvety.

 

Special features / curiosity:

on the palate the fresh and elegant balance between the goat aroma and the light mould of the rind prevails.
