Product description:

semi-soft and creamy cheese, light yellow in color. The straw-yellow rind is thin. The taste is strong, sweet and milky.

Special features / curiosity:

raw milk accentuates the vegetal and floral notes.

2-6 months

Typology:

cow milk

 

Origin:

cheese produced with 100% Italian milk from the Dolomites and the Alps and Prealps.

 

Product description:

cheese with a straw-yellow, compact and crumbly paste. The rind is yellow, consistent and smooth, covered with beeswax. The taste is elegant, full and persistent.

 

Special features / curiosity:

the beeswax in the crust maintains the internal moisture and transfers its aromas into the dough.

6-12 months

CACIOTTINA DI CAPRA BIO

goat milk

cheese produced with 100% Italian milk from the Dolomites and the Alps and Prealps.

 

Product description:

sweet and delicate fresh cheese. The white paste is elastic and soft, the rind is non-existent.

cheese with a low fat content.
